Myhome@Greystanes is a trusted NDIS provider, managed and owned by a Registered Nurse with extensive experience at one of Sydney’s premier hospitals. The organization holds true to the nursing standard of care, delivering personalized and professional services to each participant.
The health and personal details of every participant, including their medical conditions, allergies, preferences, and objectives, are carefully managed. Our Registered Nurse Owner develops comprehensive profiles for each participant, empowering our Support Workers to provide tailor-made care aimed at achieving individual goals.
We strive to facilitate independence and goal attainment for our participants by evaluating their abilities and integrating them into our vibrant social setting. Management maintains daily communications with participants while keeping Support Coordinators and family members informed about their progress and well-being.
Our facility is a spacious, newly built 2-storey home, popular among both long and short-term participants. Located in Greystanes, the house comprises 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and offers ample parking for up to 4 vehicles. It is important to note that this is not a registered SDA Home.
