Supported Care manages the property lease and facilitates Support Services using SIL, MTA, STA, and Flexible Core funding through NDIS.
The care model at this unit includes 1:1 support, provided by our experienced team at Supported Care. Residents may also choose to coordinate community support with Supported Care or an alternative provider, ensuring personalized and continuous support tailored to individual needs.
