Cleo’s Place offers newly constructed studio units ideal for individuals seeking independence in a supportive and affordable living environment. Located in the vibrant community of Banyo, our residences ensure comfort, convenience, and connectivity to local amenities.
Each studio unit at Cleo’s Place is fully furnished with a built-in air conditioning system to provide you with comfort throughout the year. Units include a kitchenette, bathroom, and bedroom, customized for single occupancy to ensure privacy and personal space. A smart TV is provided, and while tenants need to bring their own linen and bedding, we ensure a hassle-free move-in, with all utilities such as electricity, water, and unlimited internet included in the rent.
Tenants have access to shared laundry facilities equipped with two washing machines. A communal area features a full kitchen with a cooktop and electric oven. Cleo’s Place is conveniently situated within walking distance to public transport options, Banyo Retail Centre, and several local parks, enhancing your living experience with us.
Rent varies based on the amount of in-home support hours a tenant chooses to utilize, all covered by core funding. Therefore, there is no requirement for SIL or SDA funding to qualify for accommodation at Cleo’s Place. We proudly support the right of our tenants to choose and control their external supports, without enforced ties to the residence’s in-house services. Please note, 24/7 support is not available, and there are no onsite shared support facilities.
Please be aware that our units accommodate single individuals only, in alignment with Council and Fire Regulations. Additionally, to maintain a tranquil and safe community, we cannot accommodate pets or individuals who exhibit loud, concerning behaviors, or engage in the use of illicit substances.
