The studio is fully furnished and includes a private bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, living area, wardrobe, and a balcony. Amenities provided within the studio feature a Queen size bed, television, refrigerator, microwave, air-conditioning, and ceiling fan. Added conveniences include a communal laundry with washing machines as well as an additional communal kitchen and dining area.
The rent includes all essential utilities such as electricity, water, and unlimited internet access. Regular gardening services are also covered, ensuring the surroundings are well-maintained.
An apartment dedicated to Disability Carers providing Core & Capacity Disability Support is located on-site to assist residents as needed.
The studio is conveniently close to Acacia Ridge Shopping Centre, and various public transportation options including buses, and nearby Banoon and Sunnybank train stations. It also offers quick access to major arterial roads and other amenities.
As per Council and Fire Safety Laws, the studio is restricted to single occupancy (no couples). No pets are permitted except for support or assistance animals.
The studio is ready for immediate occupancy. Please note that this is not a registered SDA Home and availability is very limited.
