Our studio units come in two variations: ground floor units with courtyards and upstairs units with balconies, ensuring options to suit different preferences. The rent includes all utilities – electricity, water, and unlimited internet – which means no additional bills for you! Please note, tenants are required to provide their own linen and bedding.
Cleo’s Place offers shared laundry facilities, equipped with two washing machines, and a communal area featuring a full kitchen with a cooktop and electric oven.
Located ideally within walking distance to public transport, Elizabeth St. Shopping Centre, and local parks, Cleo’s Place offers great accessibility and convenience.
Please be aware that our units are only available for single occupancy due to council and fire regulations and pets are not allowed. Additionally, due to the communal nature of some spaces, we are unable to accommodate participants with loud behaviors or illicit substance use.
Rental costs can be adjusted based on the amount of support hours a participant opts to use with Cleo’s Place, and no SIL or SDA funding is required as support is covered by core funding.
Apart from accommodation, Cleo’s Place offers a range of services including in-home and community-based supports, group activities, and dietitian consultations. It’s important to note that 24/7 support is not available, and there is no shared on-site support at this location.
