This charming property features a single bedroom available in a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with ample parking space. The home boasts two cozy living areas, a modern kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances, and a spacious outdoor living area—perfect for the warmer months.
Your room will be provided unfurnished, giving you the freedom to style it as you please. You will be sharing the home with two middle-aged men known for their quiet, easygoing nature, and friendly demeanor.
Our partner, Connextions, a registered NDIS provider, offers customisable support including 24/7 assistance, with both active and inactive overnight sleepovers. Additionally, participants may explore options for daily drop-in supports or negotiate private 1:1 supports for 8-16 hours weekly, dependent on individual funding and needs.
Expenses such as rent, utilities, and food are shared among house members. Note, this is not a registered SDA Home, and service terms including costs will be handled through our intake and service agreement processes.
