All four apartments at our facility are completely self-contained. They boast a spacious and open-plan layout with recent refurbishments and neutral tones. Each apartment is air-conditioned, features a covered balcony, and residents have access to an inviting communal pool onsite. Three of our apartments offer a second bedroom, which can be adapted to various uses such as a spare bedroom, study, studio, or gym. Additionally, ample storage space and a dedicated car space in a secure lock-up garage are included.
Our apartment complex is ideally situated to offer a balanced lifestyle. Nestled next to tranquil parklands and a short walk away from shops, cafes, and public transport, these homes provide a serene yet connected living environment. Each unit includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 parking space, located in the vibrant community of Eagleby.
These homes are classified as Specialized Disability Accommodation (SDA). Just SDA Management directly leases properties to participants, thereby ensuring full choice and control for participants. We keenly encourage participants to bring their own supports to tailor their living experience according to their personal needs and preferences.
